Suhani Bhatnagar, renowned for her portrayal of young Babita Phogat in the acclaimed movie Dangal alongside Aamir Khan, tragically passed away at the age of 19 on Saturday. The circumstances surrounding her death remain undisclosed, and her final rites are scheduled to take place at the Ajronda crematorium in Sector 15, Faridabad.

According to reports, Suhani Bhatnagar had been undergoing medical treatment in a Delhi hospital, battling a long-standing illness whose exact nature is yet to be disclosed. Sources suggest that an accident resulting in a leg fracture preceded her health struggles. Regrettably, the pain medication administered during her injury reportedly led to severe complications, exacerbating her condition.

Dangal, a film inspired by the real-life story of Mahavir Singh Phogat, who defied societal norms by training his daughters Geeta Kumari Phogat and Babita Kumari Phogat in wrestling, earned accolades for its compelling storyline and outstanding performances. Suhani Bhatnagar portrayed the young Babita Kumari, depicting her early wrestling endeavors and challenges. Her portrayal was widely acclaimed, contributing significantly to the movie’s success.
